Day Three

Eviction Day. Evictions will be Tuesdays and Sundays in the game.

It was actually quite an exciting day.

Jordan makes funny faces in the mirror while Natalie watches.
Natalie scares Jordan goofing around and it has a bad effect.
Natalie goes to the gym and makes funny faces in the mirror for a few hours.
Natalie leaving the gym.
Kevin has taken up painting and jumped a few skill levels in it.
Natalie cracks me up. She really enjoys that mirror and doing "Shooter McGavins" at it.
Making a muscle. While Russell falls down trying to learn the treadmill.
Russell mastering the treadmill. He's gone up a lot in his athletic skill.
Michelle and Jordan chatting. Jordan seems to like wearing her nightie most of the day.
Jesse waking up hours after everyone else. Like the real Jesse on tv, this one spends a lot of time sleeping too.
Michelle and Lidia having drinks at the bar by the pool.
Jordan, Jeff, Jesse, and Russell all talking over some food. I think Jordan wants to eat llama.
See the those two little forms out front of the compound. Natalie and Kevin found a whole in my fencing and snuck out front to play football. Just as I was wrangling them up and getting them inside Jordan found the hole and got out.
Everyone discussing the excitement of sneaking out. Jeff apparantly wonders if there are trees.
Eviction time. Russell and Lidia are Michelle's least familiar Sims in the house.
When all is said and done for the day. At 7pm Lidia was the least favorite and is evicted.
Michelle doesn't really care. It's bed time.
Lidia is sent to the banishment room for evicted Sims where she contemplates her imminent death.
Here's where I'm undecided. My initial thought was to kill the Sims that were "evicted", and having their ghosts run around the house.
I'm having second thoughts and I might just make them leave the house and survive on their own if they can in town.

Day Two

First night we got a new HOH. Michelle took the bed in the HOH room.

Pretty uneventful day. The Sims mingled a little, but mostly took time to figure out what they like to do.

All of them kept popping up life aspirations and things they wanted. As they came up I evaluated them. Any jobs they said they wanted to do I nixed since they can't leave the house. Any items they wanted to buy I declined. Pretty much anything reasonable they put on their wish list that was do-able in the house I allowed. That way it's possible for them to do, they just have to choose to do it.

The one I find interesting in his life wishes is Jesse. He wanted to go for a jog. Did that and has not asked to do anything else. All the other Sims have all wish slots full. Not Jesse, he's happy doing nothing.

Some relationships have started between the Sims making friends. When I created the characters I gave them traits that they seem to have on the real Big Brother. A lot of the same Sims are friendly with each other that are in the real life Big brother. Michelle, Jeff, and Russell are friendly to each other. Jeff and Jordan are very good friends. Natalie and Jesse get along good. Kevin and Lidia are really close friends.

Russell and Natalie spend a lot of time in the gym. With that being one of the few forms of entertainment they are in there a lot. Natalie like making funny faces in the mirrors for long periods too.

Michelle plays chess most of the day and chats with other houseguests.

Jordan makes goofy faces in the mirror most of the day.

Kevin is doing a lot of painting.

Day One

I bought The Sims 3 a few weeks ago and finally had the idea last night to do a mock of Big Brother 8 with it.

I didn't start with all the house guests, but I didn't start from the most recent eviction either. I brought back Jesse and Lidia, but not Chima (I remembered her too late). So our starting cast Jesse, Natalie, Lidia, Kevin, Russell, Michelle, Jeff, and Jordan.

I built a house on a big lot and have locked them in. The way HOH is decided is that there are exactly the right # of beds. Whichever Sim chooses to take the HOH room bed is the new HOH. After each eviction I'll delete the beds and make new ones so no one has an assigned bed.

Sims are evicted by being the HOH's least favorite. I'm not doing any social intervention between them. The Sims have free will to make or not make friends.

Everyone is excited the first night, but pretty tired.

Everyone found a bed and got to sleep.

Only two interesting events happened. Kevin earlier in the evening couldn't control his bowels and wet himself out by the pool and offended a few people. Partly my fault though. No one knew how to use the bathroom. By the time I figured it out I had trouble getting them all to rush to the bathroom in time.

The other interesting thing was Jordan got the midnight munchies even though she'd already eaten earlier. Midnight feast in her pj's.
